álint a nem kormányzati szektorban dolgozik, mióta munkát vállalhat. Politikai tudományok szakon végzett 2006-ban, fókusza a civil szektor és az érdekképviselet volt. Több mint 10 évig szervezetének oktatási program koordinátoraként dolgozott és több mint 200 hazai és 50 nemzetközi képzést vezetett, és számos projektet vezet ma is. Az általa is létrehozott alapítvány olyan eszközöket használ, mint a művészet, a nem formális oktatás, az önkéntes programok, kampányok, a Fórum Színház, az újságírás, hogy megerősítse a marginalizált csoportokat és / vagy fiatalokat. Több oktatási kézikönyvet és cikket írt az emberi jogokról és a nemzetközi kapcsolatokról. Szubjektív mellett helyet foglal el az Országos Ifjúsági Tanács és a Futball A Rasszizmus Ellen Felügyelő Bizottságában. Jelenleg egy magánszektorbeli vállalatnál (a legnagyobb szakképzési vállalkozásnál) dolgozik oktatási programokon.

Balint works in the nongovernmental sector since he is allowed to work. He holds an MA in political science, with a special focus on Civic Society. He worked as educational program coordinator and intercultural trainer for his organisation for over 10 years, managing over 200 national and 50 international trainings and worked in many projects. As a project manager and tutor, he was involved in a series of integration through work programs, Get down to business and Entrendeurs, where the participants got intense training in how to start a company and how to integrate to the Hungarian labour market. The projects had over 300 beneficiaries.The foundation uses tools such as Art, Non formal education, volunteer programs, campaigns, Forum.Theater, journalism to empower marginalized groups and/or youth. He was co-writing 3 educational manuals and several articles about Human Rights and International Relations. Beside Subjective he holds a seat in the Supervisory board of the National Youth Council and Football Against Racism in Europe. Currently working for a private sector company (the largest VET company in Hungary) on educational programs.

I worked in several Eu funded projects as researcher, namely the HCEU or the MAWIC projects recently, but I also did youth and radicalism type of research too.
