Ta część przedstawia ocenę praktyk reagowania na brutalny ekstremizm, terroryzm i przestępczość zorganizowaną przeprowadzoną przez partnerów projektu UE TAKEDOWN. Biblioteka skupia się na działaniach, strategiach i usługach organów publicznych lub organizacji pozarządowych, a jej celem jest przede wszystkim dostarczanie wiedzy osobom pierwszego kontaktu oraz nakreślenie szerokiego spektrum praktyk w Europie. Przedstawione tu zostały strategie, udogodnienia infrastrukturalne, działania prewencyjne i sposoby gromadzenia danych na poziomach lokalnym, regionalnym, krajowym i europejskim. Ocena końcowa poszczególnych praktyk pozostaje oczywiście w gestii czytelników i użytkowników biblioteki. Jesteśmy również otwarci na sugestie i oceny kolejnych praktyk, które możemy włączyć do naszej bazy danych.
